I note in these reviews that one person can leave several reviews, I queried this as it obviously can distort the figures however the NHS see nothing wrong with it. No wonder the NHS is in a mess. Regarding the surgery my family and I have had no end of issues, ranging from can't getting through, very long wait for appointments, no call backs, doctors not doing what they have promised and inaccurate notes on our files. My daughter was even lied to.
It's just not good enough.
