(as a service user),

It takes a while to get my son settled at night.

Staff are amazing and provide great care and support to both my son and myself. However, at night they can be very noisy, talking loudly, laughing and scraping chairs across the floor.

Dear zuluph93

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay in the Children's Unit, I'm so pleased that both you and your son received amazing care whilst on the ward. I hope your son is feeling much better.

I'm so sorry to hear that you both had disturbed sleep due to the noise on the ward on the ward. I will absolutely send a reminder to all staff reminding them about the importance of keeping noise to a minimum at night.
