(as a service user),

Absolutely wonderful care from start to finish. Admitted via A&E and transferred to SAU. I have never experienced such truly amazing and compassionate staff, they were a credit to the NHS. A particularly wonderful Ward Manager in SAU (Donna I think) who introduced herself to every patient when she started her shift. You are all doing an outstanding job, thank you!
