Needed to visit minor injuries recently. Unfortunately the receptionist had forgotten about me but she came and apologised personally, her honesty was so important to me!
I was then seen quickly by James, who was professional, quick and light hearted - despite a very busy shift.
Radiographer was calm and so pleasant. Excellent service all round.
