Was unable to get through on the online reporting on the day I first tried as the system had been ‘paused’ until the next day. At 0730 the next day I submitted a request for a Drs assistance and by 0820 the surgery had phoned and given me an appointment to see a Dr at 1030. The Dr was able to diagnose and medicate as necessary. Felt pleased that this was the right outcome.
