"Great inclusive and flexible echocardiology team"

From a carer of an adult with autism and learning difficulties:

I would like to give positive feedback for the care we received from the echocardiologist consultant and his team on our visit to the diagnostic cardiac unit at City hospital in March.

The echocardiographer took a great deal of time to understand our individual needs and she ensured a scan was carried out sucessfully (on an anxious patient very resistant to hospital interventions). The consultant explained everything well and proposed a way forward which would mean minimal stress going forward.
