"Excellent Service and Care"

Could not be happier with the service and care I received for my knee arthroscopy.

I'd been seeing my surgeon for a few months to check on the progress of my knee before opting to have the surgery. The booking was simple once I received my phone call.

The day of the procedure, things went nice and smooth. The nurse looking after me couldn't have done a better job. She explained everything to me (I had no questions to ask after), while also being kind and a sense of humour appropriate to the situation. The physio came to see me beforehand too to show me how to use the crutches and explain the exercises I'd need to do. Before I knew it I was whisked off to be put to sleep.

Once I'd come round and stable, I was brought back to my room and onto the hospital bed. I was checked on regularly and after some food and a trip to the toilet I was free to leave with all the information, medication and dressings I needed.

Overall, I was very pleased with the care I received.
