My father received his positive bowel cancer screening test result via text which was misconstrued as him having cancer.
I inputted a complaint and his doctor acted so quickly to ensure my father was well informed and even contacted myself to put me at ease.
Although the text was poor her action and escalation of his care has been amazing and would like her to know how impressed we are.
