I had cataract surgery yesterday and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. I was treated very well at the clinic and kept fully informed throughout the procedure. Having had the same surgery on my other eye about 10 years ago I was apprehensive of the healing process which took over a week to clear up but this time I am feeling fine after only 24 hours.
The only improvement I could suggest would be to the pre-op day room which felt a bit like a cattle pen. I think it would be nicer with just chairs and tables and maybe a TV to help pass the waiting time.
Overall it was a good experience and all of the staff were very friendly and informative.
