"Brilliant, caring practice "

Every time I contact the surgery I am impressed and this time was no exception. I was only on hold for a couple of minutes before speaking to a helpful receptionist who got me an appointment that morning, which was appropriate for my urgent problem. I saw one of the GPs who assessed me thoroughly, kindly and with compassion and appropriate humour.

I have no idea how Hill Lane surgery are providing such an excellent service, in light of the difficult time the NHS is having and particularly in primary care, but I am endlessly grateful to be a patient there and I hope they are managing to care for themselves and their staff as well as they care for their patients.
