"Nothing was too much hassle for them"

About: Victoria Hospital / General Surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

The staff in Ward 52 are exceptional and a credit to the NHS. My sister has learning disabilities and I stayed with her for 8 days and 8 nights while she had her operation.

I was her voice and advocate and the staff (all the staff) from the domestics right up to the doctors were exceptional. They looked after my sister (and myself) so very well.

I will be forever grateful to the staff in Ward 52 for making her stay welcoming and caring. They allowed me to stay with her for the duration even putting a bed in the room so I could be with her.

They were friendly, caring, professional and nothing was too much hassle for them.

Hello Lalide.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback for the staff in ward 52. It was a pleasure caring for your sister and was so lovely to see the bond that you both share.

I hope you both get on well in St Andrews and we all wish your sister a speedy recovery.

Take Care
