About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a service user),

I had day surgery at the New Victoria Hospital. Having general anaesthetic a number of times before, I was able to discuss my concerns with staff. I felt listened to and cared for by all the staff who played their part in caring for me. From the initial treatment at stobhill hospital, the pre operative care and particularly during and after my surgery. This has been one of the best hospital experiences I’ve had.
