"Urination Issues put at ease by staff"

About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

After being advised to come here from my GP, I was very quickly seen to and was able to talk through my issues in detail. I felt like I was being listened to and they were keen to make sure that I was comfortable and even though I didn't leave with any confirmed diagnosis, I really appreciated all the information I did recieve. I then had to have blood tests done which normally I am not a fan of due to my fear of needles, however they really helped to put my mind at ease and were really good at talking me through everything and making sure I was relaxed and comfortable for the duration. A huge thank you to Fiona and Pete who really helped me feel better.
