(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had her play and stay appointment with lovely lady called Rebecca in March.

Initially my daughter felt overwhelmed at the beginning however this changed as Rachel made my daughter feel comfortable and throughout the session she then interacted with Rachel which was lovely to see.

My experience with Rachel was absolutely outstanding and she was extremely professional and absolutely amazing at her job. She made myself and my daughter feel extremely comfortable.

It’s not often you come across genuine nice people.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment about the service you received from my colleague, Rebecca.

We all try to create a safe, comfortable environment for children and their families when they come for Chat and Play sessions as we recognise that these appointments may be stressful and in an unfamiliar setting.

Rebecca is very receptive to how a child is presenting and can adapt her approach to best support the child. I am glad to hear that you could see this in action with your daughter in order for you and Rebecca to jointly decide how our service could support you and your daughter's communication skills.
