"A wonderful service delivered with dignity and care"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Occupational Therapy

(as a relative),

We sought assistance for my elderly Aunt from her GP when she could no longer get herself in and out of her bed.

The GP referred us to several organisations who could help including their practices occupational therapist team.

We received an initial visit from Elaine, who assessed my Aunt and explained to her in very good terms the aids that could be provided to her to help her continue to live at home.

Elaine took her time to explain and to show my aunt the benefits of these aids. The aids have all been delivered and put in place in my aunts home.

A follow up visit from Elaine was made to ensure that all that she had talked about providing had been delivered and was being used and was useful to my Aunt.

This was a wonderful service delivered with dignity and care, five star service.

I am delighted to hear that you found Elaine's support for your Aunt helpful in maximising her independence and support at home. It is always great to hear that the values of dignity are instilled in practice with the care your Aunt received from Elaine.
