(as the patient),

I attended physio in Knockbreda MSK after a fall which damaged my neck.

I was extremely happy with my treatment and I would like to congratulate Luke for being so attentive, patient and kind.

I was totally delighted with my treatment.

I am very happy that you are delighted with the care and treatment you received from Luke. The Physiotherapy Team at Knockbreda are a great Team and always strive to do their best for their patients and Luke is a valued member of this Team..

I will ensure that Luke, his Team Lead and the Senior Management Team are aware of your compliment.

I wish you well with your recovery from your fall.
