"Suspected appendicitis"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

Attended ward 4c after my GP thought I had appendicitis.

After arriving and being seen to by a very efficient receptionist I then had bloods taken by a clinical person called Roberta, who made my experience throughout the day so much easier and explained every process as it happened.

They kept me and my family going on tea and coffee, nothing was of any bother.

A massive thank you to you all in 4c again!

Dear Chrfr98

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care provided within Ward 4C, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am delighted to hear that you and your family received such prompt, professional and compassionate care from all of our staff. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Ward, and in particular with the receptionist and Roberta.

Please accept my best wishes for your ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
