"Different dentists"

About: Perth and Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership / Public Dental Service (Tayside)

So the service was very good even though I had wait a long time for treatment plan to be approved. This dentist was amazing, then I got a dentist which just give me vibes of not knowing what to do. So I asked to change. Worst decision ever. At first they appeared to be supportive but I thought their attitude was a little off. Put it down to a bad day, not a problem. But my last appointment with this person was awful to the point they made me cry, which isn’t ok and it was an awful experience.

I met my new one recently who so far so good. They're friendly, offered advice and listened to my lifestyle and how this could work a bit better, and listened to my difficulties. The last one did none of this stuff. Like I say, one bad, uncomfortable feeling on one, just their abilities to work with me worried me. An awesome person did most my appointments, they were top quality and my new one I’m thinking will be like them.

I hope this person is talked to because I don’t think they did well being around people who have needs.
