About: Hospital at Home / Hospital at Home Team Falkirk

(as the patient),

I was discharged from the Forth Valley Royal Hospital with a condition which required monitoring but did not necessitate in-patient care. The FVHB Hospital at Home Team provided a monitoring service which exceeded all my expectations, visiting on a daily basis to carry out a battery of checks. Their attentiveness, care, thoroughness and friendly attitude worked wonders for my morale. Thank you, one and all!

We are very glad the hospital gave you the opportunity to be cared for at home and to have your checks done without having to be an in-patient.
