My papa was found unwell at home three days ago and was taken to Forth Valley Accident and Emergency. He was triaged quickly by a lovely team of nurses who quickly decided he needed treated asap and got him a bed in trolleys.
The department was busy but despite this he was treated quickly and efficiently by CSW, doctors and nurses, a few names mentioned were Kara, Jennifer, Ainsley and Temwa. When we left him to settle for the night he was nervous and scared, in the morning we returned to a settled man in better spirits for the care he had received.
In the end, he had had a PE and was lucky he was seen so quickly, and is now recovering in AAU. He is very thankful for the care he received and so are his family! Thank you to all the A and E staff, dayshift and nightshift!
