(as the patient),

I got my Knee replaced 2 weeks ago. From the Surgeon, anaesthetists, Physio, Nursing Staff, X-ray, cleaners and caterers this was where I was the safest to be. 

They couldn't do enough for me. Always helpful polite and professional. The hospital itself cleanliness was perfect. Food was an 8 out 10. I hope in a few months when I'm going to get my second knee replaced I want it done at the Victoria Hospital even though I stay in Midlothian, Edinburgh. It's worth the journey. 
Well done to that fantastic Professional Team.
