"Call handler was very helpful"

(as the patient),

Having been suffering with a sinus infection I turned to NHS 24 this morning for advice the call handler was very helpful and made sure she took notes on the full story 15 minutes later I got a call from NHS Grampian GMEDS OOHS Service.

The doctor was very good checked on tests taken at my GP surgery in Banff and explained the results and arranged for a prescription to the pharmacy in Macduff and a follow on call from Macduff medical practice on Monday NHS staff work with the systems they have and this time it was a good experience
