"It was very straightforward"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Radiology (X-ray)

(as the patient),

I was able to find my way to the X-ray department easily and checked in at reception with no problems. I had a short wait and was escorted to the DXA room where the radiologist talked me through a questionare and the procedure.

He escorted me to a changing room with the gowns ready for me to change into, informed me that I could keep my underware on. I then was scanned and he informed me if he needed to reposition me for the scan. It was very straight forward.

Good Morning DCleave,

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback following your recent visit to the Radiology Department.

I am so pleased to hear that the whole experience was straight forward and easy for you from arriving at Reception to having your scan with the DXA team. We constantly aim to make each patient's visit as stress-free and pleasant as can possibly be.

Once again, thank you for your time.
