After talking meds for hypertension for some years which were prescribed by a consultant, E m p have decided not to prescribe which can lead to a hypertensive crisis , receptionist refused to let me make an appointment endangering my health.

To be able to comment further and see why your medication has not been prescribed or why you was refused an appointment, we would need more information.
