"Wonderful wellbeing service "

I was referred for weight management to a wonderful lady, (I understand I'm not allowed to name) at my surgery. I cannot express how much this woman changed my life and how I walked out a different person. Although not hugely overweight, a thorough but gentle degree of questioning opened up family relationships which were not healthy leading to self sabotage and unhealthy choices in every area of life. Although I knew on a deep level this was the case, this wonderful woman triggered a lightbulb moment in me which had me sitting in my car in tears, an outpouring of suppressed feelings. I'm not the same person as I was when I walked into her office this morning and am filled with gratitude for what she's done for me. At the age of 57 I finally feel valued, and that will now translate to my mental and physical states. I wish I could give your name but you know who you are, thank you so much
