Longest waiting time for calls i’ve ever experienced!
Reception staff are unhappy to be working there, or at least this is the feeling over calls. Also, being impossible to take a GP appointment online in 2024 - is ridiculous!
I am new to the area, didn’t get a chance for an appointment as must be waiting hours on calls.. I will definitely change the Health Service Center as soon as possible.
Very disappointed.
