(as a parent/guardian),

I felt the doctor was rude and didn't seem to care. Was in and out within 1 min. Kept telling my young son off for sitting on the table and lifted him off it in what I felt was an aggressive manner. Wouldn't listen to anything I wanted to say or the videos of my son choking on vomit because he's coughing so much at night in his sleep. In my opinion, very unprofessional.

I am Jane Sheridan the service manager for GPOOH and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologise if the GP was rude to you and your son and appreciate this would be upsetting especially when you have a sick child in your care.

I will ensure that all staff are made aware of the importance of curtesy and respect to our patients at all times. I hope that your son is now feeling better and again thank you for bringing this to my attention.
