The only bother I have is not been able to see a doctor.
When I ring Altnagelvin Hospital to get my injection from the pharmacy the phone rings to voicemail, it says it is closed, this is after 9am-5pm.
I was in the hospital one morning and I though I would go to the pharmacy. Before going there I phoned and it went to voicemail (closed as usual). I walked round the corner and 2 staff were sitting and the phone was ringing.
They did not appear to be doing anything at all. I was nearly not getting my injection in time due to phones not being answered.
