"Sexual Health Fife"

I feel like this whole system has been a nightmare from day one. I tried to get an appointment to be tested as I unfortunately had unprotected and unplanned sexual contact. There were no appointments for nearly three weeks. I was symptomatic so was sent out a home kit, I got my results VIA a automated telephone service, One of the results came back positive so I had to call for an appointment for treatment, the next available appointment was going to be 5 days away. I am in pain. This service does not share my details with my GP therefore I am unable to get prescribed medication from them either. As I have no written results boots/Superdrug/Lloyds online pharmacy also can't help me out with a prescription. 

I understand that NHS FIFE are short staffed but I did not expect to be let down this awfully by a service as serious as this. I was not offered any other support or help from the service either. This is all new to me and I am unsure what to do. My mental health has spiralled out of control and I am really not in a good place now.
