About: St Michael's Hospital (Hayle)

Attended an appointment with Orthopaedics today. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Happy, friendly and reassuring members of staff. Putting us at ease, with both professional, and humourous chat. Special mention to our favourite Wizard! However everyone from the receptionist, Nurses and the surgeon were / are a credit to the NHS. Thankyou and keep doing what you're all amazing at xx

I am so pleased that all the members of staff you encountered were happy, friendly and reassuring which put you at ease. It is great that the conversation was both professional and humorous.
