My wife and I can't thank all the staff at Crosshouse Hospitals Maternity Unit enough for the care they gave us when our baby girl was born.

Things didn't go as smoothly as we'd hoped but we can't believe just how amazing everyone was. 

We feel so bad because we can't remember everyone's name, but all the staff we've been cared for by are incredible:
Maternity Assessment Unit
Ultrasound Department
Induction midwives
Labour Ward midwives, student midwife and staff
Neo Natal staff in ICU and Special Care 

The doctors

Maternity ward Midwives, auxiliaries, physios, doctors everyone.

Even now I'm sure I've missed someone!

We'd especially like to mention and thank Sandra (we think that was her name) who was working all week in the small cafe in the Unit, Brambles. We visited several times during our stay and she was so upbeat, happy and kind. She really was a wee ray of sunshine in what was at times quite a long worrying few days. 

I never write reviews for anything, but we were made to feel so safe and cared for over the past week... we are just so grateful to everyone!
