(as a service user),

When I started using the service I’d not been on benefits before and was at a bit of a loose end and didn’t know really what to do.

I was put in touch with Kirsty from ReNew (DWP). It was such a relief that she could help me fill my paperwork out and advise me on certain questions that I didn’t understand.

She was extremely helpful in the time I was on benefits. I met with her every other week to discuss any queries I had. She was only a phone call away as well. 

Overall very satisfied and she is a lovely lady to get on with
