"Very caring and professional"

About: Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as the patient),

I went to orthopaedics at Forth Valley Hospital for a minor hand/finger Procedure. I was taken in early for my appointment and seen by a Consultant called Mr Putie. He performed my minor procedure there and then for a complaint on one of my fingers due to Dupuytren's contracture .

The procedure was carried out in a very Professional and effective manner and I am more than happy with the Outcome.

I have had dealings with this Consultant before and found him and his Department to very caring and professional.

Dear Gordy76

Thank you for taking the time leave your very kind and positive feedback. I am glad that your experience of the department was that effective, efficient and professional care and it will be my pleasure to pass on your feed back to Mr Putti and the rest of the team.

We do try to put our patients at the centre of what we do and it is heartening to hear when we get it right.

Kind regards

Kevin McCloskey
