About: Adult Services / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

I uses the CMP at the Rath Mor Centre in Derry. Aine and Harry we very helpful. The service was brilliant, absolutely brilliant.

Both Aine and Harry were great at what they do. I benefited from the programs. It helped me greatly with anxiety.

I wanted to call and give my feedback as I think there are lots of people doing great work and they deserve the recognition

As a team leader, I am delighted to hear you got so much benefit from attending the Condition Management Programme in Rathmor with Aine, our occupational therapist and Harry, our cognitive behavioural therapist. It is great to hear that the support you received has helped you with management of your anxiety.

Thank-you for taking the time to call and feed back about your experience. The recognition is indeed really helpful in enabling others to hear about our programme. It is also a great encouragement to our staff to continue their good work! I will ensure to pass on your kind words to Harry and Aine as I know they will appreciate it.
