"Highly motivational when it came to setting goals"

Following a slow recovery from a knee replacement I was referred to the physiotherapy department at UH Hairmyres where I was lucky enough to be assigned Ruth as my physio.

Ruth was brilliant, she was understanding and listened to me, helping  me plan my rehab around my needs and lifestyle. She was highly motivational when it came to setting goals and pushed me to progress. She displayed kindness and compassion in abundance and was always professional.

I have made good progress and wish to thank Ruth, and of course the rest of this excellent team she works within.
