"I feel so lucky to have had her as my midwife"

About: Community Midwifery / Craigavon & Banbridge

(as the patient),

I had Diane from Banbridge community midwives look after me after having my second baby.

Diane is the most caring and lovely person, she is so kind and helpful and nothing was too much for her. She answered every question that my husband and I had.

After having a c-section, things were very different for me this time round and Diane was able to put my mind at ease completely. My husband is someone who asks questions constantly and Diane had so much time for him and listened to every question he had and took the time to answer everything he wanted to know.

Diane helped make sure my baby's latch was good and provided me with so much information on breastfeeding and supported me with this. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had the confidence to breastfeed either of my children. She is an absolute asset to the team at Banbridge community midwives and I feel so lucky to have had her as my midwife for both of my children. Thankyou so much to Diane, an amazing midwife!!
