About: Cloughreagh House

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to Cloughreagh for 2 weeks to help me get back on my feet after a short stay in hospital.

Cloughreagh has been fist class, everyone has been very good to me, the staff are wonderful and couldn't be more helpful.

It is a very good service, the input from the physio gave me the confidence to mobilise and I have improved a lot over the 2 weeks and I feel I am now ready to go home. 

The food was good and the atmosphere in the dining room was very welcoming, I enjoyed the craic with the other people there.

I hope the service does not close as it is much needed and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone. 

You are a fantastic team, keep up the good work

Thank you for taking the time to give your opinion on your care here at Cloughreagh. I am pleased to hear that you benefited from the service and you felt prepared to go home. The goal of our service is to assist you to achieve and regain your independence and support you to return home.

The staff here are trained to provide person centred care for all those who use the service and I will share your positive comments with them.

I also appreciate your comments on the dining room experience, socialising with others is can have positive outcomes and also contributes to the recovery process.
