(as a service user),

Recently I had an unplanned appointment at the hysteroscopy clinic at UH Monklands.

In stark contrast to the treatment I've had from mental health services, the way they talked me through my tests and the support they gave me throughout was first class from both the nurses and the doctor. Thank you for the reassurance.
