"Preemie twins"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Neonatal care

(as a service user),

My twins decided to arrive at 32+1 weeks. The care I received from the midwives and doctors when I was in labour was brilliant! They listened to me and respected my choices which made me feel valued.

The care I received postnatally was also fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt really looked after. My twins have received the most superb treatment in SNICU and the staff have gone above and beyond to help me and my husband navigate this step. We feel really supported and cared for as much as our little ones.

I have been able to stay in the accommodation which has been such a help. The whole experience, so far, has been really positive.

Dear Twin mummy

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely words of thanks. It is always great to read such positive birth experiences, more so when it is not always as straight forward. I will make sure that all the staff get to see your comments.

Wishing you all the best with your recovery and much happiness as a lovely new family.
