"Emergency dental appointment for my Son"

(as a parent/guardian),

My sons tooth cracked and I phoned Coathill dental team who put me through to Viewpark Health Centre who seen him the same day.

My son was very nervous but was put at ease by the lovely dentist, (I think she was called Kirsty) and also the nurse working alongside her. They were so professional, kind and patient and I really appreciate that.

My son stayed so calm during the tooth removal and I feel that was because of them. Thank you so much for your excellent care.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience of the Public Dental Service, NHS Lanarkshire.

Firstly, I am sorry to hear that your son had cracked his tooth and I wish him a speedy recovery now that he has had this tooth removed. Dental pain and anxiety are very difficult for patients and I am glad to hear that the team in Viewpark were able to put him at ease during his successful treatment.

I shall be happy to pass on your gratitude to our much-valued colleagues in the dental clinic at Viewpark Health Centre.
