About: Thorndale Unit Urology / Botox Clinic

(as a service user),

I found it very difficult to get an appointment for the treatment I needed, but eventually I was contacted late one afternoon to come for my treatment the following day.

From then on the care I got what only be described as fantastic care and treatment by the three nurses involved.

The nurse who carried out my treatment and at the same time teaching the two young nurses how to be as good as she was.

I am so grateful for the care and treatment I received so thank you the urolgy department
