"Minor injury care"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

I visited the minor injuries unit 24 hours after a fall. This was due to continuing pain and swelling in my wrist, knee and ribs and concern in relation to osteoporosis. The triage was efficient and the wait for a consultation was not too long. I was treated kindly and everything was explained to me. Fortunately I had no broken bones and was reassured. Everything 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Good afternoon

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It was so lovely to hear that you were treated efficiently and kindly by the minor injury staff. Please be assured I will share your feedback with the management team for minor injuries who I know will appreciate your kind words and will share them with the team.

Many thanks

Best wishes
