"Everyone in A&E were on their game."

About: Derriford Hospital

I attended A&E on the 9-3-24. My treatment required me to be in the department for 10.5 hrs, during the course of my treatment I was able to observe how the staff conducted themselves with all the patients, treating everyone equally.

In my case my issues were noted and logged quickly, then moved onto the next stage, and then the next stage until a conclusion was reached, it gave me a understanding, of how the staff are unable to make decisions until the results are received, and then they can make a informed decision. Thanks to everyone involved with my treatment, the Antibiotics seem to be working,

the pain has been greatly reduced.
