"Knowledge professionalism"

About: Nightingale Hospital Exeter / South West Ambulatory Orthopaedic Centre

(as a service user),

I arrived at the Nightingale feeling quite anxious. Within minutes I was put at ease by the friendliness, knowledge and professionalism of all the staff.

I arrived in the early morning and an hour later I had been seen by nurses, the anaesthetist and the surgeon, and was gowned up and cannulated and ready for anaesthesia. Incredible.
