About: Intermediate and Transitional Care / Community Rehabilitation Team

(as a carer),

Aoishe attended to my wife to jointly assess for OT and Physiotherapy needs. She has carried out this task most carefully and sensitively.

She also has provided appropriate adaptations (equipment) for my wife.

We very much appreciate Aoishe's input and indeed her help in signposting us to Social Services and for making a referral to same.
