"Handled the situation in a professional and empathetic manner"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

I was admitted to rapid assessment unit at QEUH Glasgow. All the staff have been kind and caring, but Chantelle in particular showed excellent skills when my partner was anxious and frustrated at perceived lack of progress in investigations. She remained calm, gave good explanations, offered to obtain more information and handled the situation in a professional and empathetic manner. Well done to her!
