"Helped me gain my confidence back"

About: Older People’s Services / Continence services

(as a service user),

I was referred to Strabane health centre Incontinence Clinic. I was very low of myself at that time because I thought I would have to wear incontinence pants all the time. I was very reluctant to socialise with my problem, but that has all changed. I have now gained my confidence back, I was given exercises to do and they have helped also.
