I have a perforated ear rang Thursday to be told I would get a call back on Friday I rang at lunchtime to be told no appointments elderly people can’t cope with this anima you are not putting patients needs first
they gave me a appointment for a week later disgusting service not much caring
has gone into the new system you cannot hang on when my ear is as bad as this it was the freeman that told me to ring them and get advice well that didn’t work as for a week later what doctors would do that
As they know about my ear I was asked to go on the Thursday night but had ibs
and didn’t want to leave house as you must understand why
so I am been penalised for this as the girl said you were offered one last night told her why I couldn’t go
no caring towards the elderly we want to feel safe as you get older.
it’s disgusting since we started with valens now this new system a lot of people
can’t use
so come on lintonville please think
of the elderly please and the way appointments are made young ones are good with the internet us old ones aren’t
as good
This practice was once great please put the great back into it
