"Awful since moving to Brierley hill"

Tried to book app at 7.29.59 (lines open 7.30) 3 times in 30 sec bursts. Message saying all lines full call back. Called back 30 mins later was in que for 45 mins, then when it got to me, they hung up , i was furious. I called later once calmed down only to get a occ nurse, ( who was great) she checked me all over and gave me a script for anti biotics. I told her about my experience earlier & she got me to fill in a feedback form, which I did. This practice was brilliant till it was moved to Brierley hill, but has been run with locums since then & my experience with them is awful, the patient care from them was a dont care attitude & they see if they can "outsource" you to another service. I had an eye problem, all the GP did was send me a link to opticians, which I had to call myself & book myself in. My question how does such a great service turn into this debacle. The annoying thing is, when I turned up to see the occ nurse there wasn't any patientsnin there the whole time i was waiting. I am currently sourcing another surgery if possible, although most seem the same since covid 19
