"Treated me with kindness and respect"

I was referred by my GP to the dermatology clinic at the RAH Paisley. I had an appointment 10 days after my referral.

I attended the clinic in the morning and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. I was assessed by Dr Makin, who was empathetic and helpful and quickly made a treatment plan.

I returned to the clinic in the afternoon and had a biopsy performed by Alan, assisted by nurse specialist Cath. They talked me through the procedure and the aftercare and treated me with kindness and respect.

Bravo to everyone in the dermatology department for providing such a wonderful service.
